Betting and Game Rules
These rules explain how your bets and spins are accepted and settled, what in-game rules and paytables apply, and what happens when a game malfunctions or your connection drops. They apply to all play on your account with us.

General rules for play
These rules cover every bet, spin and round placed through your account with us. They sit alongside our terms and conditions and our bonus terms, and alongside the rules built into each game.
One account per player
You may hold one account only, opened in your own name and used only by you. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity of our players, so we may ask for identity, address or payment documents before play, before a withdrawal, or at any time while your account is open. Play is for adults aged 18 or over.
- Accounts must not be shared, transferred or sold, and you may not play on behalf of another person.
- Bets placed from a duplicate account may be voided and any winnings from that account withheld.
- Where the name on a payment method does not match the name on the account, play and withdrawals may be held until the mismatch is settled.
Real money and bonus balance
Your balance may hold real money, bonus funds or both. Where both are present, the order in which they are used is shown in the cashier and in the terms of the offer. Bonus play follows the same game rules as real-money play, plus the wagering and maximum stake rules set out below.
Bets are final once placed
A stake is final once the game server has accepted it. We cannot cancel, change or refund a confirmed round because of a mis-click, a mistaken stake size or a change of mind, and we cannot restore a feature that has already played out. Double-check your stake, your lines and your autoplay settings before you confirm a round.
How bets and spins are settled
Every round is generated and settled by the game server, not by the device you play on. The result recorded on the server is the result that counts, and it decides what is paid to your balance.
- You place a stake within the minimum and maximum shown for that game.
- The server generates and records the outcome of the round.
- The outcome is settled against the game's paytable and in-game rules.
- Any win is added to your balance and the round is written to your account history.
Your screen displays that result. If the display and the server record disagree, after a graphics error or a slow connection for example, the server record is final and your balance is corrected to match it.
Game rules, paytables and return to player
Each game has a help screen reachable from inside the game. It sets out the paytable, the ways to win, how features and free rounds behave, any maximum win and what happens to an incomplete feature. Those in-game rules apply in full to play on that game.
Each game also shows its theoretical return to player: the long-run percentage of stakes returned across very large numbers of rounds. It describes the game over its lifetime rather than your session, and it does not predict your own results. Where a game has several versions or bet types, the figure can differ between them, so look at the figure in the game you are about to play.
Malfunctions and interrupted games
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, a feature, a paytable or the system serving it does not work as designed, the affected rounds are void, any pays produced by the fault are removed, and the stakes for those rounds are returned to the balance they came from.
- A win the game could never produce under its own rules is not payable.
- Rounds affected by an incorrect paytable, an incorrect stake amount or a duplicated transaction are void.
- We may suspend a game while a fault is looked into, and correct your account history once it is fixed.
Disconnections and unfinished rounds
If your connection drops or you close a game mid-round, the round is still held by the server. When you next open that game it either resumes at the point it reached, or it is settled automatically under the game's own rules, with the result added to your balance and history. Slot features and free rounds are usually held for you to finish, while table and card rounds are more often completed by the server using the fixed rules shown in the game's help.
Bonus play, wagering and game contributions
Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credit are governed by the terms attached to the offer and by our general bonus terms. Those terms state the wagering requirement, how long you have to meet it, the maximum stake allowed while wagering and the most you can withdraw from the offer.
- Maximum bet: while wagering is open, stakes above the maximum shown for the offer are not allowed. Rounds placed above it may be void and the bonus and any winnings from it removed.
- Game contributions: games count towards wagering at different rates, as set out in the offer. Some count in full, some at a reduced rate and some not at all.
- Order of play: where the offer requires bonus funds to be used before real money, play on excluded games may not count until the requirement is met.
- Feature buys and side bets: feature buys and some side bets are commonly excluded while wagering is open, so check the terms of the offer first.
Play designed to take a guaranteed profit from an offer rather than to play the games as intended, including low-risk staking that covers opposite outcomes, is not accepted. Where we find it, the bonus and any winnings from it may be removed.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are dealt by a dealer in a studio and streamed in real time. The dealer's actions and the result called at the table decide the round, subject to that table's rules.
- Late bets: bets must be confirmed inside the betting window shown on screen. A bet that is not confirmed before betting closes does not stand.
- Dealer decisions: where a mis-deal, a card exposed in error or a disrupted spin occurs, the table rules decide the outcome, and the round may be voided with stakes returned.
- Table rules and limits: each table's help screen covers the bet types, payouts, side bets and house rules in use. Minimum and maximum stakes are shown at the table, and bets outside them are not accepted.
- Conduct: table chat is moderated, and we may remove chat access or end a session where a player is abusive to a dealer or to another player.
If the video or audio fails during a round, the round is settled from the server record of the cards dealt or the result of the spin. Where that record cannot settle the round, it is void and stakes are returned.
If you disagree with how a round was settled
If a round does not look right to you, tell us and we will look into it. The game server keeps a log of every round, which we check against your account history.
- Note the game name, and the date and time of the round, including the time zone you were in.
- Note the round reference shown in your account history, with the stake and the result you expected.
- Write to support@casinoangliabet.co.uk, or open the live chat on the site, with those details. A screenshot helps if the display looked wrong.
We will tell you what the log shows and what, if anything, is adjusted on your account. If you are not satisfied with the answer, our complaints procedure sets out the next steps, including the independent dispute resolution service open to you.
